Operations manager Anna Björklund and the many skilled co-workers are all  part of the dining room team that has as its main goal and purpose to deliver a perfect experience for you as our guest.

Sören Polonius is responsible for all the beverages at F12. He scour the world for wines and other beverages. Together with Danyel Couet he match beverages to our monthly changing menus which results in an ever changing wine list.To ensure an extraordinary drinking experience, several waiters and waitresses in our dining room are qualified sommeliers.

In the kitchen Danyel Couet works to move the taste developing forward to make the restaurant experience something out of the ordinary.
