We first opened F12 restaurant in the old cafeteria of The Academy of Art. We had big ambitions but limited resources. Word soon got round about the innovative food and together with our enthusiastic guests and our staff we have certainly developed over the years. Today, we are very proud of all F12 restaurant stands for.

Over the years we have received a number of awards as for example: one star in The Michelin Guide 1997 and an elected member of Traditions & Qualité – Les Grandes Tables du Monde 2003. Since 2005 when White Guide, a Swedish restaurant guide book, was released for the first time , F12 has always been on the Master Class List and since 2006 even among the few Swedish restaurants that are on the International Master Class List.
